| AIR FARCE: THE FINAL FLIGHT returns this Friday, October 3rd! Join us for our final season Friday nights this fall on CBC Television beginning October 3. Don't miss our last ten episodes, featuring some special surprises and a look back at the best of the last 15 years. ON THE SHOW: Canadian Olympians Adam Van Koeverden, Simon Whitfield, Adam Kreek and Malcolm Howard speak with Eliotte Friedman about the Beijing Olympics; Stephane Dion, Stephen Harper, Jack Layton, Elizabeth May and a picture of Gilles Duceppe make their cases to Canadians; Julie Couillard (Foreign Affairs Minister Maxime Bernier's ex-significant other) dispenses dating tips; An out of work Wall Street broker asks "Brother, can you spare some change?"; Don Newman checks out the latest gaffes from the Canadian campaign trail; Presidential candidate John McCain unleases Sarah Palin on an unsuspecting American public; and Air Farce "flashes back" with a brief look at its past history when Jean Chrétien was first running for Prime Minister in 1993. Air Farce wraps it up this year...Our final show will be December 31, 2008, 35 years after starting our radio series (December 1973) and 16 years after our first New Year's Eve special (1992 Year of the Farce) on CBC Television.
